We’re hiring a designer

In the words of Massimo Vignelli, If you can design one thing, you can design anything. That’s what we think. So let’s start with what you don’t need when applying to this position:

- you don’t need agency experience

- you don’t need UI/UX experience

- you don’t need motion graphics experience

- you don’t need to be agile, work smart, be familiar with project management software or practice “Inbox 0”.

The only thing we expect from you is to be a really good designer. This means that you do need to:

- understand how the qualities of visual materials (shapes, images, colour theory, typography and layout) work together

- always be conscious of typeface anatomy

- be able to turn a concept into a visual
